Are you tired of the same old “ho-hum” corporate outings?
Looking to add some fun (and fitness) to your next business meeting, corporate event, or retreat?
Train OC provides onsite obstacle course experiences for groups of 12 or more.
We combine REAL military-style obstacles with traditional “low ropes” team missions to create a mentally and physically challenging event designed to facilitate teamwork, problem solving, cohesiveness and communication.
Not to worry, you don’t need to be a Navy SEAL to train with Train OC!
Our events are appropriate for all fitness levels and we will coach and encourage everyone to participate.
PLUS, there’s no need to pack everyone on the bus! We’ll set up onsite at your business, retreat location, or local community park.

How it Works
Step 1: Contact us. Our friendly event specialists are waiting to hear more about your company and event goals.
Step 2: Your event specialist will help you choose the right plan for your event, budget, and company needs. We’ll organize all of the details between you, our coaches, and any other staff that will be involved.
Step 3: On event day, our coaches will run the show! We’ll deliver your program along with expert coaching followed by a recap to ensure all event goals have been met.
We Facilitate, Educate, Demonstrate and Motivate
With over 20 years experience helping athletes and high performers to reach new heights, our expert coaches we be there every step of the way to facilitate, educate, demonstrate, and motivate all participants to complete each task successfully. Safety and FUN are our top priorities. We will handle every detail of the event so you can enjoy the time with your team, too!
