Our Mission
Learn the Skills
Train OC provides world-class fitness training for all levels in an encouraging, positive environment.
We teach our participants the skills necessary to safely complete every obstacle on the Train OC course.

Train OC provides our participants ( aka “OC’ers”) with the skills and training necessary to complete the course with confidence.

College Internship Program
Gain valuable, hands-on experience with:
Youth fitness programming
Adult fitness programming
Event management/logistics
Fitness entrepreneurship
Coaching and communication skills
Leadership and team building
Fitness program marketing
Will be under the supervision of two veteran fitness professionals turned fitness entrepreneurs
Requirements :
Candidates must be current college students with a major in one of the following fields: Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Physical Eduction, Marketing, Entrepreneurship
Candidates must be able to commit to a 16 week (or 10 week Summer) internship (405 hours).
Candidates must submit a cover letter introducing themselves and explaining why they would like to work with Train OC along with a resume to the email address provided
Please note some holidays and weekends will be required with up to 10 hours on event days
Current CPR/ First Aid certifications
MUST enjoy working hands-on with both children and adults
Hard working, punctual, professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn a must
Candidates must be willing and able to lift forty pounds or more
Experience or additional certification in fitness, personal training, or group exercise not required but a plus
Intern responsibilities include:
Assist course director with the set up, supervision and break down of the Train OC obstacle course
Coach and encourage course participants
Assist with on-site event registration
General course maintenance and safety inspections
Assist with the administration of a variety of Train OC programs including youth summer camps, adult strength and conditioning programs, corporate and fundraising events, birthday parties, etc
Assist with content development/ program marketing and development (where applicable)
